New Site
December 8th, 2009

code

If you’ve made it this far you can see what I’ve been up. Learned to build this home from the ground up, and it’s my first, so please be patient if you’re finding glitches or errors. Let me know about those problems and I’ll get them fixed. Contact me at anthony@joystickskiing.com

Be sure to check out the new Joystick products. Add the coupon code “JOYSTICK” to your cart to receive a 25% discount. On for the next two weeks. Again, ending Dec. 21st. To celebrate the new site.

Take care,

Anthony

Fright Night 2
October 26th, 2009

The local fair in Vancouver stays open until Halloween. They call it “Fright Night” and do a bunch of haunted houses, and fun stuff in addition to the normal rides. I try to go every year because it’s good stuff. Here’s a couple shots from my visit last week.

corkscrew

Assent into darkness.

banggame

Games for toys.

corkscrewview

The view from the top of the “Corkscrew” ride. Moments before plunging downward.

swings

Swings. Ghost swings.

swingsspencer

The swings are always one of my favorite rides. I really love them. I feel young.

burgersfries

Lines for burgers.

lines

It started raining and people were anxious in line.

Randoms from NZ
September 18th, 2009

Looking through the photos of my trip to NZ i realized I didn’t shoot much. Guess I wasn’t feeling it. Here’s a couple of the randoms I did take.

armadadinner1

Armada team dinner in NZ. Lots of new faces.

armadadinner2

Drank wine out of a tumbler. Fair enough.

ediaspremier

Premier for PBP’s “Everyday Is a Saturday”. Fun to see the new film. 3 showings, 3 full houses. Good times.

ediashancocks

roadviewchc

Random backroad in Christchuch, NZ, my final hours before flying out.

Bikes
August 18th, 2009

The last month has flown by. Amazing times shredding, learning and appreciating skiing. One thing I miss is my road bike. I’ll be happy to get home and ride. Here’s a couple for inspiration/wonder. I love old photos of riding. Classic.
